Terrible! I got 5 minutes away and heard a loud knocking noise and had to go back. Said they didn't tighten my scrape guard and then got me stuck on the bay, and after my heat shield is off. Didn't offer to make it right, a refund, or anything just told me it wasn't their fault and my bolts were rusted out on my 2013 car. Told me to take it to a dealership and if they say it was from my oil change they would pay. My Son's truck just needed an oil change and tire rotation... or so we thought...there were actually several small issues that the gentlemen fixed and explained in detail to my son and myself. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I really appreciate the dedication to good work and communication.
Lied to about cost. Not given my coupon. Then I was told it would be 10 minutes when it took an hour. I'll never go back. I'm sorry I had to give them 1 star.
If you're looking for customer service, you're going to the wrong place...especially if they have done something wrong! Worst place ever, especially the manager, Mike....extremely rude!
