RecommendedYes I recommend this place but I was disappointed in my last visit. When we come to Columbus to visit family I stop here for an oil change. Unfortunately this last time someone splashed oil all under my hood. It smelt so bad driving to South Carolina and smoked a lot to the point a police officer asked us if it was ok.

They staff are friendly and courteous and always are willing to help!
It is very convenient to drive in and out. But some people only need an oil change... taking my air box apart to realize its a reusable filter and not putting it back together is reason #1 why i tell people to check their car when they're done here. Stop telling people they need something they dont need. As always though the speed of service was geeat
Elijah Long assisted us today at the New Albany location. He went above and beyond my expectations! He was very informational and even addressed my concerns that were not part of an ordinary oil change. We will definitely be servicing our car at here again!
Traveling from Northern Alberta East to the furthest point of Pennsylvania I had passed my oil change frequency by quite a bit. I asked a State Trooper about where I can get my oil changed and he mentioned this one was the closest. I drove right into the bay and they were fine with me having my own oil and filter being that I am from Canada. The staff here is ALWAYS amazingly friendly, knowledgeable and quick with service! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I really like going here and getting regular maintenance to my car done, but this is the second time at this location I have drove away with something being wrong with my car when it wasn't before. The people that work here are very friendly and they seem knowledgeable, but my engine was missing a few cylinders on the the drive home, so I limped it to my mechanics.
This location lost business this morning as the website and this page shows opening at 8am weekdays. It is 8:24 Wednesday morning 2/1 and no one is here (called when I arrived at store but no answer).
