Do NOT go to this Valvoline if you care about your car! The left a socket under my hood while changing the filter and it ended up traveling through my radiator. Spoke to the manager who lied about what my mechanic said, saying that he said they weren't at fault. I know this is a blatant lie as I had in writing what the mechanic said. I then called corporate to speak to the district manager and still after months can not get a return phone call. Never ever ever ever ever ever ever go to this place. They lost their tools to change the oil on a Ford F-150. They didn’t know this until after they drained the oil. Who keeps one set of tools for a ridiculously common vehicle?
