I got my oil changed at this location a few months ago, and after fighting with my oil filter cap today, I've decided I will not come back to Valvoline. The "technicians" at this location installed the wrong filter, put no O-ring inside the housing and tightened the cap so tightly that they crushed the filter they'd installed. It took a combination of my wrench and sandpaper to get the cap off - they're supposed to be tightened to ~23 ft lbs, not 120.
