I have not experienced a more amazing service then what I got today from the employees at the beechmont location. They had me in and out in less then 15 minutes and gave me a complete run down on my car needs and future services. Also, letting me know about current prices and discounts they had. I have no intentions of going anywhere else to get my car worked on. I'm hooked. Thanks everyone!
I was just recently at this location on Friday... The service took a lot longer, the guy working on my car dropped a tool inside my car, and had a difficult time getting the belt off and back on my car... Now my car is leaking oil. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed in the service. It wasn't leaking oil prior to the oil change and clearly they didn't do something right... I will be calling first thing tomorrow morning...
