⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 11/23/19 I wanted to give a great big shout out to Valvoline for helping me out today! Everyone was so helpful, cheerful and kind! I got in line waiting for an oil change and once I got to the bay I realized I didn’t have my wallet in my purse. They said I could just leave a form of ID with them, they could do the oil change, and I could bring the payment back. All I had was my Groupon ID and that was ok with them. I’ve always gone to Valvoline for my oil changes. I pulled in yesterday a lil after 9 and was out in like 15 minutes. UNLIKE walmart they are the slowest, unprofessional workers!!! I would recommend Valvoline to any and everyone!!!�
Valvoline is so convenient! I pulled in a little after 9 and was pulling out by 9:15 this morning! The cost isn't much more (if any when I use a coupon!) than going to a shop where I have to get out of my car and wait with grumpy kids for 45 minutes! Valvoline will ALWAYS be my go to place for an oil change!
I know Shannon Jones, who was the ass't mgr here then got a promotion & has his own store in Hamilton, yay for him, sad for me, because I trust him & liked him being at the location I use. Each time I go there I'm treated w/courtesy & professionalism! They don't try to sell me something I don't need; I don't feel pressured like I have at other same type places. In & out & a satisfied customer!
Always friendly, nice and professional. I thought i needed new tires, but all i needed was a good ole tire ratation. Thanks shannon, for saving me some money.�
