The dealer charges $59 & u charge $89.99 it was way to expensive. I still need tires rotated. I’m going to a place that only charges $19.99. The employees were all nice it’s the prices are horrible. I liked pulling up even with 2 cars in front of me the wait was not long.

These people have taken advantage of a situation involving my daughter. She was charged $25 for an UNAUTHORIZED service. The money is not the issue here, but the fact that they took advantage of her, how many other times does this happen? I'm not giving into this BS! 😡😡😡

They can't even handle a basic oil change and wiper replacement. Wiper was not properly installed and malfucntioned while driving causing significant damage to my hood. The team there refused to take responsibility.. Very disappointed in the service and follow up.
I went to this location after calling Tired Plus and them telling me that they had no open appointments until tomorrow which I understand but I was ready to get my oil changed NOW! Plus the guy who answered the phone didn’t really have an upbeat tone which always makes me leery to go anywhere if you can’t be personal on the phone. The prices for oil changes aren't visible anywhere. You're left to take these jokers word for whatever price they quote you. They mumble the first quote then when you ask them to repeat it they say a number and then give you 20% off because you're just an awesome person. I have transmission and oil leaks now that weren't there before visiting this place. Thankfully I have other vehicles but please beware of this Valvoline on Madison rd in Cincinnati...very shady,very unprofessional.
I had a very positive experience here this morning. The manager Michael was so helpful and really cute. He said he will be managing the north college Hill location soon and I will definitely be going to this location for my next service. Plus it's in my neighborhood. Thanks for your help!
