Just went to Valvoline on Goffle ripped out my cabin filter, shredding it to pieces, forcing me to replace it. The manager john is extremely rude, discourteous and needs a lesson in customer service. The filter still had 5000 miles left to go before it needed replacing, as filter usually last 15000 miles. I'm not sure if he's inexperienced but his way of removing the filter was ripping it to pieces and leaving it completely useless to the point of having to replace it.
