I took my vehicle in for an oil change and the shop forgot to tighten the oil filter. I drove across the state for vacation only to have my car stalling over and over and finally lock up on me. Stranded on the other side of the state I had to have my car towed to the nearest dealer where they informed me that I had no oil and that I shaved years off the life of my engine by driving hundreds of miles like this. Been here twice and have had wonderful experiences each time! Tonight I was in and out in less than 15 minutes for a brake light replacement. Chelsea and Matt were efficient and professional, as were all the crew working there. As a woman, mechanic shops are typically not the best experiences, but this group has always been respectful and not made me feel intimated at all. Definitely will recommend this place to all!
Waited over 20 minutes in line and was told that they didn’t have full synthetic oil in stock. Poor service
