My son took his Honda Fit for an oil change and tire rotation. In the process your mechanic broke off and stripped two lugnuts on his car. The mechanic who did this put the tire back on anyway and let him drive off like this. He brought it back the next day only for your company to have to tow it to a full service garage. He then had to wait over 4 hours for it be fixed. What kind of a reputable company does shoddy work like this and puts someone's life in danger like that!
