This location was absolutely amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional and went above and beyond. They have made a loyal customer out of me.
Never had an issue. Don’t usually have to wait and the staff is friendly and quick.
Went in this afternoon for an oil change and headlight bulb replacement. The guys working there (very unprofessional) told me they didn’t have the tools to replace my bulbs. That’s fine. After literally 5 minutes of being there, they told me I was good to go. A few hours later I noticed that my oil light came on and that my car was only on 50% oil life! I paid $43 for NOTHING. They didn’t do a thing. I will most definitely be following up with the manager tomorrow about this.
This was my second visit to this location and again, the service was excellent. In and out with an oil change and tire rotation in about 30 minutes. Highly recommended. Also, check groupon for an even better deal.
Fun, upbeat workers give efficient, high quality service. I am a highly satisfied customer who will return every 3000 miles! And thank you for being honest and not treating me like I know nothing by trying to upsell me a bunch of stuff I don't need. (A much appreciated aspect of service that you don't run into everywhere!) Thank you for helping me take great care of my vehicle!
