For everyone that gets their car worked on and feels that anxiety when you pull in. I dropped off my car before I came back to Virginia to get work done in Florida on my car. I got estimates from a couple of places in the lowest one was around $700. So I return to Florida and called to make sure my car was ready and he said, "yes it is ready, and I have some good news for you. I been coming to valvoline for my oil changes for quite awhile now and they are fantastic, they make sure they get the job done right and fast, they are polite and don't pressure sales. Thank you guys for doing such a good job.i will continue to use them and tell all my friends and family about the great job they do.
I went here for the first time not too long ago and the manager and techs were awesome with my truck! I will absolutely recommend this place to anyone and have recommended them to everyone I know! Customer service was amazing and a job well done to top it off! Yall are great!
I take all of my cars to the Alt. Springs location for their oil changes. I have always received fast and courtesy service. No pressure for extra services just recommendations. As a loyal customer I am often mailed coupons for discounts for the oil change and their are discounts online too. Sean and the other employee are nice and helpful.
I used to be a regular customer for this location, but my recent experience with the manager and personnel has not been good. I took my car for alignment and within 2 days it was off. When I explained the situation to the management,they wanted to charge me for alignment again. Customer service skills are poor and definitely won't return to that location again under that management.
