They didn’t pressure me into buying services I didn’t need!!! I felt so relived, could trust the staff & personally blown away! Richard & Andrew were the most helpful they should get raises! I will never take my car here or any valvoline again, money was stolen from my car and of course no one wants to admit to it Lack of integrity, ethics and morals speaks volumes of an individual and the company who chooses to keep them employed...I filed a police report and the area manager 'is supposed to continue reviewing' the surveillance video and taking appropriate actions against the tech, considering how passive the manager was I see nothing happening to this tech Leaves me to wonder how many other customers have fall... read more
This location is always great, honest and fast in service! I drive an hour from my home to get my car services each time at this location. Richard is such a nice man!
