They put the wrong type of transmission fluid into my vehicle , lucky for me due to a separate issue a dealership caught the mistake before any serious damage occurred . Valvoline refuses to make good on their mistake and the additional cost I incurred . They stand by their decision based on the fact I didn’t save a sample of the fluid they put in . Who does that , seriously ? Poor customer service and incompetent staff , that’s not ok !
These guys are always in a good mood and work fast!! My last oil change was in 13 min!!! I have a Valvoline closer to my house but I always drive to this one cause the workers.
I have been taking my vehicles there for about 3 years now. I have been extremely happy with the service. They are always super knowledgeable when you have to ask questions. In addition to that unlike their competitors they don't try to sell you a bunch of unneeded services. I took my jeep there this morning and was again given excellent treatment. While it took them almost an hour to complete my oil change and check the differentials on my vehicle, the staff was very nice and made sure my vehicle was back in perfect order before I left. Being a former employee they let me watch them do everything to my car and I had a great talk with Tony while I was there!
