Oil tech showed me where an extra filter was in my vehicle that I had no idea about. He pulled it out and offered a replacement. I didn't take him up but it was the knowledge that he gave me outside of the oil service which was memorable and would definitely recommend and visit again.
They dropped a screw from air filter into engine and said they found it but when I got home I checked and found it only have 3 of 4 screws. Also dropped a tool into engine but they dug it out. Just didn't instill confidence.
The best service I received! They diagnosed a code my car kept throwing on my dash with the check engine light and helped me out! Way better than Meineke! Meineke made me wait way past my appointment time and Valvoline fit me in ASAP! Go here for fluid checks and cleanings!!!! They're the best and the manager, tim was AWESOME SAUCE!!!! will be back! Fred is the best and he's honest and hilarious! Fred helped me with my oil change and explained the difference between the different oil types!
