Never get an oil change here, they left my wife's coolant reservoir open and burnt up her water pump. Dont be cheap and lazy. Pay the extra $8 to do it yourself and have the peace of mind to know it was done right. I mean the experience was even a nightmare, there were plenty of red flags. First the kid overflowed the oil, then he broke her dipstick; I even tipped him $10 to alleviate his anxieties.
