Mike and his guys are top notch. Not only did they take care of the me with great customer service and enthusiasm. They made sure I was educated on the additional problems found with my vehicle and showed me the issues then and there so I know next time.
Came here in a pinch expecting to have terrible service and I sure wasn’t let down! Sat in line for 20 minutes for them to tell me that they couldn’t service a Chevy Cruze because it’s mandatory to use full synthetic. I work in a shop and this is the craziest thing I’ve ever heard. Lesson learned do the oil change yourself and try and convenience yourself.
They changed our oil, then with less than 50 miles from the time we left the motor is now blown and there is no drain plug in the oil pan. Mike told me they are not responsable. I am hiring an attorney and we will see where this goes. Talk about upset. If you could have just taken responsability valvoline, the right thing to do by the way, this could have been alot easier.
Switched to valvoline well over a year ago when I had a not so great experience at jiffy lube. I don't recall if Mike was there the first time but I was very happy and have been a pretty dedicated customer since. The first time I met Mike was literally the best oil change experience I have ever had. As someone in the service industry, I don't like having stuff pushed on me and I have never felt like that here. My 17 year old daughter went in for a oil service. They told her she had to have full synthetic oil and would be $75. Her car will take a synthetic blend but they did not mention that to her. She had a coupon for $20 off and they said they could not except it on this service. It would be nice if you could trust anyone these days. My daughter was smart enough to leave this ignorant place. Excellent customer service and quick turnaround time.
Currently sitting in my vehicle in the building waiting for an oil change. Man guided me in then left without a word. Waiting 15 minutes now and started on someone that came in after me. Leaving and never coming back.
Every time we take our car there to get it serviced we have nothing but nice people good prices and overall good experience. Shop is always so clean and Mike the manager is just beyond customer oriented
