I took my car to this Valvoline to get an oil change last month. I’m currently trying to change the oil it’s time again, and i also need to take it to a shop to get diagnosed for a misfire. And whoever did my oil had to of used a IMPACT GUN or Air COMPRESSOR to put my oil drain plug back on. I’ve spent over 3 hours trying to get my oil drain plug off. It won’t budge. I’ve brought out an air compressor as well and still not budging. They either cross threaded it or knew that they messed up and put some kind of bond on it. I W... read more

All drain plugs are torqued to manufacturer specs so that it is sealed with the recommended amount of pressure, we apologize if your drain plug was over tightened. Very professional, honest and thorough. I came in for a routine oil change today - they did a safety check, aired up the tires, topped off liquids and told me the air filter didn't need to be changed yet! I always come to this location and this air filter has made it through 3 oil changes - not sure if that's our cars' excellence or theirs but I'm grateful! Thank you for your honesty Valvoline and helping me treat our car well so it will last as long as possible!
Always a great experience, in and out with my inspection. They said it would be about 30-40 minutes and it took only 15! And they didn't try and gouge me like some other places would!
Always treat me right! Fast and quality service!! They honored my expired coupon with no problems!
