Valvoline as a chain is seriously amazing, but this store in particular has such amazing people working there. Friendly, knowledgeable, and top-rate at what they do. If you need any service they can provide- oil changes, filter changes, lights, tire fill-ups, the list goes on- I recommend you check them out for quick, high quality services. Their recommendations for car maintenance and care are the icing on the cake, as they are very reasonable and don’t try to heft unnecessary services on you.
I recommend that motorists visit and allow Joe, Demetrius, Jared and Dakota to work on your car or truck..these people are very serious, kind, and professional..They don't keep you waiting and they don't play around at all!!! They're knowledge is spectacular!

1 hour after I left my engine starts knocking at 270 and rock road. they say pull over and come to me and tell me lies. long story short I now have metal in oil and need a new engine. a manager even said how quiet and good running my truck was when we 1st got in the garage! the custome care center won't even return my call! I've had no car for 2 weeks now and they don't care but I promise I have a lawyer ready for me and I will call Monday morning!
The manager Mr. Joseph Ginocchio and his Valvoline shop was outstandingly helpful to us when we had difficulty: our serpentine belt, installed by Valvoline, came off due to the failure of the belt tensioner. We were stranded, but Manager Ginocchio and his assistant went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that our serpentine belt was refitted in place. i love this location- i will never go anywhere else to get my oil changed. the staff here is always fast and friendly and no one is ever too pushy or aggressive about adding additional services. i dealt with the manager joe most recently, and he’s extremely kind and knowledgeable. he gave me a lot of good local recommendations of places to use and some to avoid for more extensive work. it’s nice to go somewhere car related, as a woman, and feel respected and not taken advantage of.
Wife calls me telling me some of the things they recommended like rotate tires. Tires are new and have been on for 3 weeks. Wiper blades need replacing also new 3 weeks ago. I wonder how many people get screwed over by them trying to sell more. Do not trust them unless you get out and look yourself at what they are talking about.
