Valvoline Corporate has terrible corporate relations. My wife had serious damage to our car and basically Valvoline didn't want to hear it... after leaving their shop (sea girt location) and gathering speed on the highway, the hood popped open and actually hit the windshield and roof - major damage to car... they claim that the hood latch malfunctioned between the time after leaving their shop and the incident. Small claims court seems to be our best option. All I can say is extremely disappointed with the customer relations... read more

I have not been there in 2 years since I bought my latest vehicle, but I must say that the Technicians here have not lost a step when it comes to Customer Service. They are professional, courteous, timely in service, and will give you options on additional services needed for your vehicle. I highly recommend this location for your vehicle.
The service here was very quick and very professional! Their service was phenomenal and I told the guys I would recommend everyone to come here! Idk that I would go anywhere else !
