Corporate Valvoline didn't want to pay for the damage on my wife's car... after leaving their shop and gathering speed on the highway, the hood popped open and actually hit the windshield and roof - major damage to car... they claim that the hood latch malfunctioned between the time after leaving their shop and the incident. I have been going here for at least the last 7 years and just had a horrible experience with one of the rudest employees. 1. He wore his make below his nose. WTH? That is not what the state guidelines recommend. No manager told him to put on his mask appropriately. 2. He asked if 35 was okay..? What the hell is that supposed to mean? I asked for clarification and he said 35 for the tire pressure. I told him, it is written on my door and he just proceeded to fill the pressure without checking. No Stars! I spent 84.00 for a synthetic oil change today on my 2014 Chrysler 200. At 8:00am I spent $42.00 for a Synthetic oil change on my 2017 Hyundai at the dealership. Looks like from now on I’m going back to Global Auto Mall for my oil changes! Who would have imagined that Valvoline instant oil change drive in would be twice the cost of a dealership!!!
Everyone should come to this Valvoline! The Manager Mike was an absolute doll! Great guy. Really went the extra mile to help out my mom who is a pretty tough customer. He eased her worries and she left with a smile. The team also did a great job. Thanks so much Mike for your kindness!
