It saved me much time compared to sitting in Mr.Tire for hours for an oil change. Respectful staff. I think the wiper and the cabin filter were overpriced. But still, kudos to the team for the time saved.
Used them last minute before holiday weekend travel, never had an issue other than them always upselling, drove for a while after oil change, all of a sudden metal clanking noises coming from under car. They forgot screws on the oil pan shield, it was hanging by one screw and dragging on the road. Took it back the next day, corner of shield was curved from dragging. They had to unbend it and add replacement screws. Not even an offer of a partial refund of the service. Never again!
