Although this location was very busy today, I didn't mind the 20 minute wait. The service writer was very professional and did not talk down to me while explaining all my options. He explained everything they were doing, and asked for my input on different price points. The techs were friendly, and answered all my questions. I will continue to bring my car here for service.
Been going to Valvoline for over 10 years and this is the worst bunch or “technicians” I’ve ever seen!! Oil change took over an hour and now my truck is leaking oil! I will be contacting corporate.
Just sat at the one at Cromwell for 45 minutes as I watched the employees standing around talking. No reason for that with all 3 bays open. Wont be back
I have been going to this same location for probably 6 yrs now. Always kind and courteous and polite. They work as a team to get the job done . They are very efficient and timely service
I just went today to get my oil changed, like I have done at this location many times over many years with 3 different vehicles. It took what seemed like a really long time to get my oil changed when I actually pulled into the bay. The crew didn’t check my tire pressure, filters, lights/signals, or any other fluids. The topside CSR was Janice. She walked away for the longest time and came back at the end to add the oil and have me pay. I was thoroughly disappointed with my service today.
