I will give the Plymouth location a 0 out of 5 for customer service, I just filed a formal complaint and asked that the company pull the video tape on an incident that happened, where some worker was yelling and being rude, the manager Dan was of no help and did not know how to control his staff this place is definitely not a place that does good business, my job said they will be switch to precision tunes after this because I guess I was not the first employee to complain about their service.

This took place at the St Paul location, but I'm posting it here because that is the location of the corporate office. I would rate it a 0/5 if I could. As of today, it has been 40 days since Valvoline has let me car sit, broken, because of a problem they caused. Legit sitting the middle of an oil change and want to cry with how nice these guys are. I'm terrified of getting things done to my car because I have a really hard time saying No to things when pressured. They were kind when asking what I wanted, and didn't belittle when I turned down certain services. It was incredibly fast, when my usual place takes nearly a day to accomplish what they did in less than an hour. Shout out to Hunter, Aedan(?), and Jackson (?) Who worked on my car. I'll be back for sure!

I took my Fleet Vehicle here, they didn't try pushing anything unnecessary on me,which can be a problem at these places. Uncomplicated oil change on an old Chevy trail blazer was done okay. No complaints, no deductions on stars...
