Went for an oil change and was treated like an idiot. They told me to turn off car, then wanted to test headlight and I told them I had to turn my car on, and they asked me “are you sure?” Yes I know my car. Then told me to put keys on dash, I said I am keyless start. Was told to please do it. Told them as long as I don’t touch button and brake I am ok. At that point after they were speaking in Spanish to each other and laughing, I told them stop, I am leaving.

Not only did my card information get stolen, they have cost me more money since going there. They stripped the plug and used the wrong size oil filter. Now have a mess on my hands. I wouldn’t recommend them to put air in bike tires.

Today I stopped in to get an oil change and was told since I have a European car (Volkswagen Passat) that I would need a “European blend.” The guy then proceeded to tell me that my cost would be $122. When I said that I have never paid this much for an oil change, he said the place where I typically bring my car most likely does not use the correct oil.
