You get coupons in your email and can’t even use them because they don’t scan. Then get told “I don’t know why people insist on using emailed coupons when they can go on the website.” For one, that would be fine if the coupons were the same on the website as they were in my email. Two, lose the attitude. Bye Valvoline!

It's been a few months since I was actually at Valvoline for an oil change, but when I was in, I had my oil changed and also had them change the air filter because it had been quite some time since a new one was put in. Afterwards all was well, until I started getting close to the point where I needed another oil change. Awesome service! The Manager went above and beyond to help me figure out why my car was over heating. I was VERY impressed and would HIGHLY recommend going here!
Staff is awesome! They went above and beyond for me. I have an old van and a bolt broke due to just being worn out. They do not make these bolts anymore, so they had one specially made for me and fixed me right up! Sean, the manager was awesome! So was everyone else! They have a lot of fun while they're working and leave you with a smile on your face. Gave me a great deal as well! I would recommend to EVERYONE!
