Ahhh let me see........ I was there 9/25/2020 at 6:50 Paid $39 and should of had all fluids checked. Oh and a $7 coupon. The guy under did his job, the guy with lights ect did his job, but the guy that was suppose to check my fluids stood back and said I can see they are full, and the other guy knew he was in the wrong 100%! Not 1 cap was opened until someone came and filled the oil and I mean thats all they did! So I will be calling corp. on monday. RecommendedI've been a customer of the Maple Grove Valvoline for years and have had amazing service with every visit. I love that their technicians are so organized and informed and can quickly and clearly make recommendations for my vehicle. My 17 year old daughter brought my vehicle in for a basic oil change and $20 was added on for “complete fuel treatment” I will not be back, I like to shop local but can’t when being screwed over when a kid comes in
My mother in laws vehicle was overheating—we stopped in and they topped off the antifreeze and thoroughly checked for leaks—and did not charge her at all!! I already come here for our family’s oil changes and will definitely continue. Thank you so much guys!! Keep up the great work!

Never going back. They try to sell you a expensive synthetic oil change saying that it's what the manufacturers requirements are. They ever put that on my receipt"Customer requested oil not meeting Toyota Specs" . In my owners manual it's said"5w-20 ever 5,000 miles,and that's what I requested. The window sticker they gave me has 3000 miles,also wrong.Be careful,don't believe everything you hear
Stopped in today for the first time. I was very impressed with the service. Will defiantly go back. Oil changed. New Air filter and brake light. Informed me of other services and I was off. It was awesome. As a woman I don't like to have to deal with car issues and this was so easy and the employees were polite, thorough and professional. Highly recommend. Thank you!!!!

Not only did I receive great service on my car, but the employees went above and beyond to make sure that my kids had a great experience.
