This place is a joke. Stay away. They don’t care about customers. It’s a shame there is no customer service anymore. I have used Valvoline for years, and had to change to one closer to my house. I won’t be back to this Instant Oil change PERIOD.
I’ve had my oil changed here numerous times. Today after waiting 30 minutes and starting the process, they inform me they don’t have the correct tools to change my oil. On a 2017 Ford Escape? What a joke.
