Ben a Valvoline customer for quite a while, but I will never use them again. All I ask is to get what I pay for and not be lied to! Don't need to go any farther, they no doubt know what I'm pertaining to.

Loved this service! It was pretty cool to stay in my car while they did all the checks & changed the oil! It was actually the funnest oil change I've ever had!
I went in with my son preparing to wait 30 minutes -2 hours. It was 5pm so I assumed they would be busy. Packs up the IPad and headed to Valvoline for the wait. I pulled up they told me to stay in the car 15 minutes later we were done and on the raid. Love it
They were very thorough & professional. Did all the checks & yes those checks are fueled by the option for them to sell you more services. But come on, that's their job. If you don't want it, say no. They offered tire rotation & transmission fluid flush & change which the car does need, but we can do at home. I just turned it down. They were cordial & proved their work. It was done in under 15 minutes, even counting the wait for the car in front of me.
