Worst experience I have ever had for routine maintenance
That was the worst experience. Xanth?... ran my debt as credit after not redeeming my coupon, then spilt oil IN my car, then slammed my leg in the door. When I asked his name he went off, saying I don’t give a f*** if I get fired because I’m retiring in July, waved by to me with both hands and started closing the garage with me still partly in the bay. Dear Valvoline, I just paid more than double what I pay at my dealership for an oil change and tire rotation and was told it would be 20-30 minutes. An hour and forty five minutes later I walk out furious. I was the only car in the bay's for at least 30 minutes. The manager gave me excuses about being new. I see at least five employees inside.
