My parents went to Valvoline today in Hanover, MA per my recommendation. They usually take their car to the dealership where they bought their car. However, due to COVID-19, I didn’t want them to sit in the waiting room. My Dad suffers from Alzheimer’s and can get easily confused. RecommendedEveryone been professional everytime I have gone! I love that I can stay inside my car, and you give them car keys so you don't have an accident,no problem giving keys up, everyone stays safe! Will be back again!
Worker hassled me over my keys.. and made a note in computer.. not to service my car if I don't turn keys over to them!! LOST MY BUSINESS.. stupid man!!!
Horrible customer service - I will never go back to this location again.
I was just there and it was busy so I was prepared to wait, they have 3 garages but the guy in front of me was in there for 50 mins and 4 other cars that were there after me went in the other garages before me, waited a total of 50 mins before I finally asked the 3 cars behind me to back up so I could leave, pretty crazy. Should be one long line so it goes in order.
So fast, so easy! Once out of work, my puppy does not leave my side. So this is a perfect place to get my car serviced.
