Cheerful employees all waiting to take excellent care of me and my vehicle from the moment I pulled in to even the guy underneath my car shouting out have a nice day and thank you as I pulled away. I left with a huge smile and felt like I spent my hard earned money at a great place and I feel like everyone there was on the ball doing what they do and doing it the best in the business. I drive out of my way to go there and I also have told my freinds and family about how awesome and professional Valvoline is!
I think it was Brandon, but whoever the manager was during my oil change yesterday was very professional gave great advice and had the garage in perfect working order. So many times these chain businesses can depend on whether or not you have solid management, yesterday was a great example of a highly functioning Valvoline experience.
Jackson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained that I needed new filters and I was happy to have them changed when I was there for oil change service.
