I used to really like this location. I wanted to get some things done to my car today. Oil change, air filter, cabin filter. The oil change went smoothly. Then all I heard was excuses. The MANAGER told me they wouldn't touch my air filter. It was all the way back there and has all these bolts ..etc. Uh ok. Then I wanted my cabin filter changed. The . Every time I come to Valvoline, the customer service and friendliness are above and beyond. Prices are good. Service is quick. It’s the only place I go besides my mechanic.

You're charging for an oil change air pressure checking bulbs filter that you charge quite a bit of money for the average oil change is 85 to $100 the one thing I dislike about all of that when you're getting the oil changed to ask if you want to donate it's a change or an amount to I'm not sure what I know how to donate I don't need businesses asking me that,,, it's one thing I don't like and it might possibly keep me from coming back,, I stopped going to a couple of fast food restaurants because of this
