Store manager Pat did a great job helping find what was wrong with my vehicle, and he gave me a 15% discount on the services. Car ran like new off the lot. Friendly people here.
I've had mixed experiences at this location. There are always different people working here every time I go. Sometimes there is an hour+ wait, sometimes no line at all. The most recent experience was good about a week ago, no wait, and the guys seemed like they were on it. No complaints. The time before that the guy wanted to charge me $500 for oil change and fuel filter replacement on my diesel, but offered to do it for $300 if I paid him directly on Zelle. Lol. Friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve ever encountered at a Valvoline. Every employee here has a really good attitude and you can tell there is good management. I would highly recommend this location.
