This was the busiest time of all the occasions when I've gone to Valvoline, in terms of the number of customers. Although I had to wait a little longer than usual before pulling into the bay, Valvoline staff approached when I was still waiting with other customers outside to check on me, communicate that the lights check will begin soon, and begin as many as the other steps as possible before actually being able to pop the hood.
