Corporate Valvoline didn't want to pay for the damage on my wife's car... after leaving their shop and gathering speed on the highway, the hood popped open and actually hit the windshield and roof - major damage to car... they claim that the hood latch malfunctioned between the time after leaving their shop and the incident. First time here since they were a Quaker State garage. Fairly busy, but the crew has the procedures organized and choreographed. Reasonably priced with a coupon, quick, and thorough. One guy in the pit underneath doing the oil & filter, another under the hood checking the rest of the fluids, etc., a third scanning the bar code off the door jamb and recording everything being done as the others call it out. Went here for the first time this morning and was very pleased! My oil change was done quickly, and while the staff made recommendations for other services, they were not at all pushy, just helpful. Brianna, Austin, and Jyles were great! �
Getting my oil changed and the tech showed me the new filter. Talk about some excellent quality control right there. PID's along with the torque setting great work and it only cost $38.00 with my discount. I will definitely be coming back.

Full of fucking idiots I never had a bad experience until they let this bitch Camille perform the oil change. No they broke my antifreeze tube my car is smoking and I can’t even drive it smoking so bad. Then have the nerve to say it wasn’t their fault that tube was going to need to be replaced eventually. Yet my car wasn’t smoking or dropping antifreeze when I came in there. Everyone will hear me if this isn’t paid fir and my money returned!
