3 bays and no control over how long you wait! They direct you, to a line, when you first get there and I waited 40 mins, when people in the other lines, that got there after me, were being taken care of, before me. I was wondering why the man in front of me complained and they backed other people up, so he could go in another line. The level of professionalism at Valvoline compared to Jiffy Lube always amazes me. I have had Jiffy Lube charge me for work they never did, charge me for higher priced service when it was not necessary and they are just rude at locations I’ve been to. Someone recommended I switch and I’ve never regretted it.
Slowest service ever. Good God!!! 3 lanes here and I’ve waited 30 minutes on 1 car. Finally got through. Lady in front of me had everything done. Omg. Friendly service. Good job!
