As long as Valvoline instant oil change is around I’ll never go to another place fir an oil change!
I always call ahead to confirm pricing for my car. Every time I come in 20 minutes later the price is different. The manager even acknowledged the price he gave me over the phone was different. After agreeing to adjust the price, they started doing the oil change and then told me the regional manager won't let them adjust the price to what they promised me now twice. Really poor experience and I will never go here again.
Very impressed by the Knowledgeable, friendly, and energetic staff. After the first experience I complimented them, and returned the following week with my second vehicle (drove over from Anaheim because I was impressed with initial service). None of the same staff were present, but these guys were just as amazing. The sales/customer interaction training these guys recieve is spot on...informative and not pushy!
