these guys are very good. in and out. They get you in done and out in 20 minute. explain everything as they go. I really like it.
The staff was so so. I let the guy know I had coupons on my phone $7.00 for a full service oil change. He only deducted $5.00. I should have told him to credit me my $2.00 at that time. He gave me a $10.00 coupon which I'm sure everyone got one on their paper receipt. Before you hand over your credit card look at the screen or paper invoice to make sure all deductions are there.
Service was great and we got to wait in the car while they changed the oil...a little higher priced than other places, but you can't compare when it comes to trust, quality and excellent service..thanks guys!
I saw a review where the person didn't understand why cars were moving to another bay, because not every bay can do tire rotations. I had really good service and received a discount without asking. Good job to the team in Fullerton.
Got there 15 minutes before they closed and still got EXCELLENT service I HIGHLY recommend this location for your oil change
