My experience at this location was absolutely Stellar my third vehicle oil was changed on Saturday it's an old hot rod and the guys were extremely gentle and polite as they were with the work van and personal truck . The employees at this location are a breath of fresh air . Thank you I look forward to doing more business.
Quick friendly service. You don't have to get out of your car. I'd trust them with my wife if I wasn't there.
Timothy damaged my oil pan and Oswaldo and Leonardo, area managers are stuck on their policies and will not take responsibility once they damage your cars. $200 for a 40 buck oil change, thanks for making my kids walk, jerks.
I cannot say enough about the spectacular customer service I receive each time I'm here! I love Valvoline! This location has the BEST employees! They are kind, friendly, thorough and explain everything without trying to get you to purchase services you don't need! I may live in Fullerton but I come here because I love the excellence the offer! Thank you guys!!!
