Corporate Valvoline didn't want to pay for the damage on my wife's car... after leaving their shop and gathering speed on the highway, the hood popped open and actually hit the windshield and roof - major damage to car... they claim that the hood latch malfunctioned between the time after leaving their shop and the incident. Small claims court seems to be our best option. All I can say is extremely disappointed with the customer relations people who at first seemed very willing to accept some responsibility.
