Corporate Valvoline didn't want to pay for the damage on my wife's car... after leaving their shop and gathering speed on the highway, the hood popped open and actually hit the windshield and roof - major damage to car... they claim that the hood latch malfunctioned between the time after leaving their shop and the incident. I have been going to this place for the last 8+ years and never have had a disappointment... Great guys overall.
These guys are funny. It is the third time I give them an opportunity, but they just keep going on. I go there to change the oil and it is been the third time I have left the location because in this place they never keep the line. Some other persons would just simply get the call to go in and the line is never respected. For example today I was in the line for about 30 mins or more and another customer comes and goes in before me and other customers. I have business and got a lot of vans, but they just lost a customer today... read more
