They did a wonderful job explaining some of my questions, was very fast and professional. The waiting area was clean, and I felt very comfortable there. They will be doing my oil changes from now on with my Fusion.
I am so pleased with the service here. The mechanics are fast and efficient. The manager makes sure your vehicle is taken care of properly.
failed my car for inspection 2 times my mechanic checked it and found nothing wrong I gave them my mechanics number they refused to call him so he could come and look for himself wonder why they refused to call him charged me 23 dollars for a failed inspection there no good don,t take your vehicles here I will never go there again
I was so pleased with the great customer service and the mechanics there. I went into their service station for an oil change before my car needed one. The mechanic reminded me that it was too soon for one and looked at my car. He identified my oil leak problem and placed in 3 quarts of oil for free. He told me that I wasn't due for an oil change. These folks do a good job of taking care of the basic maintenance on your car. They are fast, efficient and thorough. Ice been having my car serviced there for about four years without a problem. I really like the fact that they do not "hard sell" unnecessary services.
