It is such a long story. I don’t have the time to type everything out. But long story short. One of the employees made a stupid mistake. And then left because I guess it was his time to clock out. And left a mistake for the manager to fix. Luckily enough the manager was very professional. And help me out with this situation the best he could. But this could’ve all been avoided. I used to come to this site all the time with no problems and was pretty content with my service. Today I pulled into the 1st bay and after a few minutes was asked to move because someone in another bay was there before me but was in the wrong line. I asked for a manager and was told when people get special services then sometimes cars are moved around but the tech had already told me that everyone was only getting oil changes today.
