Is it policy to refuse service to cars with after market oil pans that take a couple quarts more oil? I brought my own oil, enough to fill it and the correct dipstick for it but was refused service anyway.
When the tech held my dip stick upright for 5 seconds I knew what was up. He came to my door and showed me the stick. I told him to stick it again and hold it level. Turns out it was short a quart the second time. I guess if you do this 5 times a day you get a free oil change.
They do it all...!!! Great customer service...always pleasant and knowledgeable ��...keep up the great work.
