I spent 2 hours here. One hour in line, one hour in the bay. Foolishly, I chose to buy a battery to save me time. What could possibly go wrong, right?? They couldn't anchor the battery. It's not properly secured. Manufacturer parts left over. No prior warning or inquiry. Just stuff me in the deal. Kavan offered a couple dollars off next time in. Really? Thoroughly disrespected. I will never be back. Incompetence.

I ended up losing 2 tires that I just bought a few months ago because they filled my tires to 50 psi. Check your tire pressure before you leave there!

Thought I could get a quick oil change on my lunch break. Was told the wait was 20 minutes. Waited an hour and 10 minutes; meanwhile 2 cars went thru that arrived after me. Then I was told it was going to be another 20-30 minutes! Won't be back unless it's free!
I'll never bring my car there again. I brought my van in to get the oil changed in doing that when they were filling the steering fluid. They broke a piece inside the steering fluid chamber. They fixed it although they broke it. And they had the nerve to charge for the oil change. Wasted 3 hour's of time ,Because they messed up.
they were standing around 1 car over a hour 3 guys trying to change a cabin filter. only one bay open. kept saying 10 more minutes for a hour.
