So as I'm driving down the road with my friend we pass Valvoline and I can't believe what we saw. Workers outside in the rain also during a pandemic holding signs trying to stir up business. Are we serious? What kinda manager sends his employees out to basically get sick just to make a buck? Isn’t Valvoline a chain place? I will support a local non corporate shop before I ever support this or any other Valvoline if this is the kinda respect it has for it’s employees. Get your oil changed elsewhere people! Had my oil , serpentine belt and air filter changed today on my f 150.. they did a great job and were really fast.. and I didn’t even have to get out of my truck
I was very impressed with my oil change today. The technicians were friendly and very professional. Everything was checked from turn and brake signals, battery tested, fluids checked and topped off, etc. all in addition to the oil and filter change.
I just had the best experience at Watertown Valvoline. They were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and didn't make me feel like I was being hustled. I'll definitely be servicing my car here from now on!!
