RecommendedI went here to have some maintenance done in preparation for a cross country trip. They were out of engine filter I needed. They called another location and someone went to get it. This may be standard practice, but their efficiency and timeliness great. I was on my lunch hour and still had time to stop and pick up a bite to eat. Very friendly, honest and reasonably priced.

I had to get a new battery. Mine was apparently leaking battery acid and had melded itself to the terminal. They said they’d never seen anything like it. I was waiting in my car, and Matt kept checking to make sure I was doing ok. He also kept me updated constantly as they worked through the problem (it required multiple workers to get the battery out). I don’t think I would have had a more pleasant experience ANYWHERE!!! I am so impressed with their amazing level of service and politeness.
After going to Firestone & Plaza Tire to wait for an emission test n both places couldn’t do it till next week. Then the guy at Plaza Tire said to try down at Valvoline at Hey K&Fiese. I did n they got me right in and I know I did not even wait a 1/2 hr. All the guys were very nice n friendly.👍🏻😊
They were nice and did things great I just might take all my family cars too them as long as that type of service keep up this town really need people like them
Best service I’ve had with an instant oil change. I decided to switch to Valvoline after Jiffy Lube put air in my tires instead of Nitrogen. Valvoline didn’t make that mistake:) Big Dillon approached me right away and instructed me where to go and ensured me they would do their best to get me in and out as soon as possible since I had to be at work soon. I waited for an hour and 25 minutes to get an oil change when it’s supposed to be an instant oil change! Valvoline workers standing around doing nothing. They are very understaffed and had one bay changing oil and several cars in the waiting line to be serviced. Furthermore, having a fleet company vehicle waiting in an instant oil change line for that long is completely unacceptable. Hard to believe a place like this can stay in business. One hour and 40 Minutes for an instant oil change is a joke.
Honestly I was not expecting the oil change to cost more there than if I would have taken it to the dealership. Plus for an additional $20.00 they would have rotated the tires, making the same service at the dealership substantially cheaper. I'll go to the dealership next time where it's cheaper.
