If I could rate this a zero, I would. I went in for a simple oil change. It was fast and the technicians were helpful. A few days later I travel out of town and after about 100 miles I hear a thumping noice. I pull over and the skid plate that protects the car bottom is dragging. I call them and they get me in to fix what they broke. I then travel again and the skid plate drags again. I contact the service manager and he says he will order me a new one and it will be in the store within a week. I call 2 weeks later to find o... read more

RecommendedThese guys right here work extremely well on my JEEP , they r very nice professionals and always polite, I love taking my JEEP with them cause I know they can do the oil change and on top of that they can alert me if something it’s wrong at that moment with my engine or pipes or leaks going on, this time they figured out my JEEP needed a water pump to be replaced , even though they didn’t fix it cause they r not a mechanical shop, I’m so thankful for the advice to take me truck to the mechanic to fix it, they save me from bu... read more

Wonderful customer service! They explained everything they were doing while they were doing it, weren’t pushy, and were very friendly. Got in and out in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend them!
I went to get an oil change for my VW and end up at dealership replacing oil pan and plug that cost me $470. Not compitent technicians. They will never admit of wrong doing. If you have nice car DO NOT GO there for service. Mike
