sent my daughter there for an oil change on a 2006 Chevy Cobalt. The staff took advantage of her, she was charged $65 for her oil and they replaced an air filter for $25 that didn't need replaced and $13 labor. over a hundred dollars for a basic oil change..Bay City Mi. Valvoline lost any future business from me

Got my oil changed which requires removing a plastic splash guard underneath my car. Driving down the interstate and it just flew off. If these guys can’t put a couple screws back in right I wonder how they’re competent enough to change the oil. Guy at computer was rude and no one was wearing their mask right. Will never go back.

They did not put the oil back into my car or change the oil filter! It shut down on a highway (someone could have been seriously hurt!) these are the pictures my mechanic took which proves they didn’t do their jobs! When we talked to the General Manager he said that it wasn’t his problem and he didn’t care about the issue! Do not go to them! Honestly they shouldn’t be allowed to have their jobs after this!
