Would never ever go there again went to the elk river one and got an oil change and got home and had oil leak on my brand new Concrete garage floor and driveway I went back the next day they said they cleaned all the oil out of the drip pan and it still dripping in my driveway what a waste of $95 (Just an update went to another place because it was still leaking oil found out they never put a gasket on the oil filter and there was no oil on the dipstick good thing I went to a different place)

The computers crashed while I was in the stall awaiting my oil change. This wasn't explained to me but the employee trying to work on my car and fix the matter was on the phone with IT right next to my driver side window. No explanation or apology was ever offered and my wait was an hour in a hot stall with no air conditioning. The temp was well into the 90's with high humidity. I understand that things happen.
