Super fast, but for a reason... they didn't do anything other than add oil and air up tires. No filter change, no fluid checks, and they didn't even clear the 'needs oil change' notification in my vehicle. The guys were not busy as we were the only vehicle, they were just lazy. My wife called and spoke to the manager and all he could say was 'I'll speak with the boys'. Now I'm out that money and will have to pay for another (actual) oil change elsewhere. Save yourself a headache and never go here!
Waited in line for only 20 minutes, but the kicker was they didn’t have 0W40. I guess to call next time to make sure they have the correct oil?!
Thanks for your help tonight! On my mom’s way home her oil light came on and she had lost a lot of oil. She happened to stop in the Home Depot lot knowing it would be bad to keep driving. While she was waiting for help to arrive they came out to ask if they could help. The last place she went apparently didn’t replace the plug properly and it had came out completely. Have been long time user of this place. Paying for full synthetic oil changes every time. Go there today and ask if they will honor a Jiffy Lube coupon for $15 off full synthetic and was told no! Ok no problem so I went right across the street to Jiffy Lube and tried them out. They did a good job and told me they would love my buisness anytime I have a competitor coupon they will be more than happy to honor it! Jiffy Lube just gained and Valvoline just lost another.
This is the worse place to ever go. I got my oil changed by them, then I went to alabama and in my way down my skid plate fell off and they are trying to say I hit something that ripped it off and they won't fix it. Keep in mind my car is a brand new 2016. They are liars and don't give a shit about other ppls property if they fuck it up or not. It's pathetic!
I hate this place. I wish my company used a different service. Stopped for windshield wipers and it took over 30 minutes for them to get me 2 new wipers.
Way overpriced. The compact car in the bay next to my SUV took the same amount of time, yet my oil change with maybe 1 more quart of oil is significantly higher priced. Technician tried to tell me that my air filter needed changing for $20 more, which was a lie, since I had just recently changed it myself. Tire rotation turned into a race between two employees, so I had to watch closely to make sure the lug nuts were all tightened properly. Bottom line......way overpriced and too much unneeded upselling.
