I just tried to get an oil change and the assistant manager denied me of service. I have been a faithful customer to Valvoline since they opened. This is my first time at this one and I do not recommend

Corporate Valvoline didn't want to pay for the damage on my wife's car... after leaving their shop and gathering speed on the highway, the hood popped open and actually hit the windshield and roof - major damage to car... they claim that the hood latch malfunctioned between the time after leaving their shop and the incident. Small claims court seems to be our best option. All I can say is extremely disappointed with the customer relations people who at first seemed very willing to accept some responsibility. The employees communication with me was excellent. Better than I've ever experienced getting work done on my car. They were quick to inform me of the price and the time it would take for certain services. This will be my new place for getting work done on my car!

Valvoline damaged my oil pan and forgot to put the oil cap back on, causing excessive oil leakage and the expense of a new oil pan. Avoid at all costs.
